...and now..... how I did it...
For
AP101 Class 
Taken: Outdoors obviously
Weather conditions: sunset, cloudy, very light wind.
Time of Day: 10 June 2008 - 8:22 PM
Equipment used: 
Canon 40d
Sigma 10-20
Tripod
Camera Settings: P Mode
ISO 100
Exposure 1/30 at f/4.0
Focal Length 10:
This is why the picture is slightly distorted but in this case it works very well... I actually got 3 Different pictures shot in RAW, AEB at 0/-1/+1
(that's why Tripod is essential) 
Post processing: 
- I used Photomatix Pro: to open the 3 RAW pictures and merge them in one HDR shot.
Ajustment of Strentgh and Saturation.
- I used PS Lightroom 1.4: to add the copyright info and also did some sharpening.
It took me about 10 minutes of post-processing.
It's my first time as a "teacher" for *Ex-po-zure so please be kind...
