This picture was taken about 20 minutes after the sun had set.

Canon 40d - 17-85 IS - Polarizer Filter - Tripod
ISO 100
Exp 1,3 second at f/4.0
Focal Length 17 mm

Post Processing : added some light, vibrance, saturation and highlights in Lightroom :)
